My Story

💖 Hi, I'm Jennifer — the heart and hands behind Jennuinely Made Mums.

My mum story started back in 1995, when I made my very first one for my own senior homecoming. I had no idea that a ribbon and some flowers would turn into a lifelong passion — but here we are, thirty years later, and I'm still just as excited about it.

When my oldest daughter reached high school, I picked up the craft again and never looked back. I've made every single homecoming mum for all three of my girls, and each one has been a labor of love. There's something incredibly special about being the one to put that mum on your daughter's shoulder and knowing you made it with your own hands.

Every mum I make gets my full attention: from the details in the ribbons to the colors that represent your school and your story. I'm a bit of a perfectionist, but I also love getting creative and making each one feel unique to the person wearing it. No two mums are exactly alike, and that's exactly how it should be.

I'm a Texas mom through and through, and I know how much homecoming means — not just as a tradition, but as a memory your family will talk about for years. That's why I put so much care into every single order.
